Toons

The theme is a port of Pau Boyer's wonderful FauxS-TOON WB4 skin, which is probably the most creatively innovative graphics to come along in many a moon. Special thanks to mormegil for permission to use his stuff, which I only tweaked here and there to come up with the theme (see Readme file). The other Cartoon theme can be had from Stardock thru WinCustomize and is well worth the several bucks spent. Please visit Paul at [link] to see a master's work. This is my first submission to this site as mcackerson; my other stuff here is listed under lamehawk. Toons is for NextSart 3 and WorkShelf, complete with cartoon sound effects. Enjoy. Thanks.
